Political Planning and Action Committee
The Political Planning and Action Committee shapes the Caucus’s political platform. It conducts environmental policy research, recommends positions, policies, and activities based on said research, and oversees political strategy and tactics. The Committee also drafts and advocates legislative initiatives and supports campaigns of select endorsed candidates. To ensure comprehensive coverage, the Committee may establish a legislative subcommittee to track legislation, bill sponsorship, votes, and outcomes and to produce a legislative report card.

Chapter Development Committee
The Committee will advise, support, and follow through on the certification and recertification of chapters. The Committee will recommend the development of new chapters and methods of recruitment and retention of chapter leadership and members. The Committee will support chapters, including developing compliant bylaws and practices, providing public relations, outreach, and educational materials, and connecting chapters with the Caucus and its chapter leaders elsewhere.
